Transportation costs are not included in the package prices listed online on this website. You can either contact your Travel Planner about your transportation needs or elect to coordinate your own transportation.

If you elect to have your Travel Planner coordinate all your travel needs, rest assured that we have developed relationships with many transportation providers nationwide to provide our groups with the lowest commercial motorcoach, train and airline rates available. The cost of your transportation needs will be built into your package and payments can be made along with your normal payment schedule setup with your Travel Planner.

If you are taking a cruise only, we are able to provide you with roundtrip airport transfers (to and from your Port of Call) at the following rates:

• Port Canaveral - $40 per person
• Tampa - $45 per person
• Jacksonville - $40 per person
• Miami - $40 per person
• Fort Lauderdale - $40 per person
• Mobile - $40 per person
• New Orleans - $55 per person
• Galveston - $75 per person
• Long Beach / Los Angeles - $55 per person

If you choose to provide your own transportation and are arriving by:

AIR: It will be necessary to make all local transportation arrangements for your entire stay. Remember that this includes your airport pickup and dropoff also, not just roundtrip transfers to the theme parks, etc. Again, any of these arrangements can be made through our office or on your own. If you choose to make your own arrangements, be sure to provide your bus company a detailed itinerary to ensure you receive the most accurate price for your group.

MOTORCOACH: The motorcoach company that you contract with is responsible for providing all local transportation at your destination. It is highly recommended that the bus driver(s) stay at the same hotel as the group. This will provide the most effective way of communicating with your driver and allowing for the group to depart immediately rather than having to wait for your bus to arrive and pick you up. Driver hotel room costs are the responsibility of the group. No complimentary hotel rooms, meals, cruise or attraction tickets are offered for your drivers.
